Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Nayomi Saudi Arabia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless they possess a manufacturing defect. Items eligible for return must be in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Log into your Nayomi account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, invoices, and protective seals remain intact for quality inspection.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our courier partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to collect the package from your registered shipping address at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
